PROGRAMS
This program is for children who are in an age group of 3 years old without or with minimum experience. Baby Beginners program is offered once a week, and each practice is 1 hour long. This program is more playfull and interactive for little gymnasts to get interested and enjoy aesthetic group gymnastics.
This program is for children who are in an age group of 4 years old without or with minimum experience. Beginners program is offered twice a week, and each practice is 1.5 hours long. Gymnasts have a choice of coming once or twice a week for their class.
This program is for children who are in an age group of 5 to 7 years old without or with minimum experience. Advanced Beginners program is offered three times a week and each class is 1.5 hours long. Gymnasts have a choice of coming either once, twice, or three times a week.
This program is for children who are in an age group of 7 to 9 years old without or with experience. Recreation program is offered twice a week and each class is 1.5 hours long. Gymnasts have a choice of coming once or twice a week.
This program is for children who would like to learn gymnastics skills, improve flexibility, strengths, and mobility, dancing skills, as well as become graceful and elegant.
This program is for children who are in an age group of 10 to 14 years old without or with experience. Advenaced Recreation program is offered twice a week and each class is 1.5 hours long. Gymnasts have a choice of coming once or twice a week.
This program is for children who would like to learn gymnastics skills, improve flexibility, strengths, and mobility, dancing skills, as well as become graceful and elegant.
This is a competitive program for children who are beginning their journey in competitive rhythmic gymnastics. XCEL program provides levels from Bronze to Platimun individual levels with floor, rope, hoop, ball, clubs or ribbon routines. Team class is offered three times a week and each class is 3 hours long. Gymnasts are highly recommended to come to every practice.
This program includes preparation and participation in competitions.
This is a competitive program for children who are ready to dive into competitive rhythmic gymnastics with USAG rules. Levels 4/5 are Development Disciplines in USA Rhythmic Gymnastics. Level 4 includes routines such as floor, rope, and hoop. Level 5 includes routines such as floor, ball, clubs, and ribbon.
Team class is offered three times a week and each class is 3/4 hours long. Gymnasts are highly recommended to come to every practice.
This program includes preparation and participation in USAG sanctioned competitions, NJ State Championship, Regionals, and Level 4&5 Classic.
This is a competitive program for children who are more advanced in rhythmic gymnastics and familar with USAG rules. Level 6 is a part of Development Discipline in USA Rhythmic Gymnastics and includes routines such as floor, rope, hoop, and ribbon.
Team class is offered 4 times a week and each class is 3 hours long. Gymnasts are highly recommended to come to every practice.
This program includes preparation and participation in USAG sanctioned competitions, NJ State Championship, Regionals, and USA DVP Championships.
This is a competitive program for children who are more advanced in rhythmic gymnastics and familar with USAG rules. Level 7/8 is a part of Development Discipline in USA Rhythmic Gymnastics. Level 7 includes routines such as floor, hoop, ball, and clubs. Level 8 includes routines such as floor, ball, clubs, and ribbon.

This is a competitive program for children who are competing by FIG rules of rhythmic gymnastics. The routines include hoop, ball, clubs, and ribbon.
Team class is offered 4 times a week and each class is 4/5 hours long. Gymnasts are highly recommended to come to every practice.
This program includes preparation and participation in USAG sanctioned competitions, NJ State Championship, Regionals, Qualifier, USA Classic, as well as National Championships.
This is a competitive program for children who are competing by USAG rules of rhythmic gymnastics in a group of 5 gymnasts. The routines include floor and clubs.
