Group Rhythmic Gymnastics is a mix of rhythmic gymnastics, acrobatics, dance, and ballet. The teams of Group rhythmic gymnastics compete in groups of 5 gymnasts for the routine.Group floor routine rhythmic gymnastics use apparatuses such as hoops, balls, clubs, ribbon or mix of different apparatuses. Group Rhythmic Gymnastics includes flexibility, balance, strengths, coordination, sense of rhythm where each movement is emphasized in flow, aesthetic and expressive appeal. Group Rhythmic Gymnastics focuses on simultaneity and uniformity. USAG Levels of Group Rhythmic Gymnastics include: Beginner Group, Intermediate Group, Advanced Group, as well as Junior and Senior Levels of Groups.
